For Annual Subscriptions

If at anytime during the first 30 days after subscribing, while using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a HALF REFUND (50% of the total package amount excluding GST) for your purchase.

We have multiple types of Subscriptions

We don’t force you into any specific type of subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose.

We want you to be happy with our service throughout your entire contract, not only the first 30 days. So we go beyond that. If at anytime during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately.

REFUND POLICY FOR ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel the order, kindly send a mail to contact@outlinerstrategy.com within 24 hours from placing the order. No cancellation shall be entertained after 24 hours from placing an order. In case of cancellation the Total deducted number of reports will be rolled back within 7 working days from the date of cancellation request. No amount will be refunded in case of cancellation, only the number of reports deducted will be rolled back
